Established in 1991, Dongguan Leader Industrial Co., Ltd. was first located in Hong Kong. As the business grew, we moved to Qishi Town, Dongguan City in Mainland China in 1994, with 20,000 square meters of manufacturing space. Our manufacturing facilities have increased from 8 to more than 300. Now, we have 14 persons who are specialized in product design and development.
With all kinds of materials, like stainless steel, steel, brass, aluminum and others, we specialize in manufacturing all kinds of standard and non-standard screws, including machine screws, self-tapping screws, wood screws, SEMS screws, pin needles, rivets, eyelets, nuts, stamping parts, lathe parts and others with various types of heads, drive inserts and points. We can customize screws under different standards, like JIS, ANSI, DIN and BS according to customers' requirements. We are willing to manufacture products as per customers' drawings and samples.
Our company owns more than 300 advanced manufacturing machines, including head forming machines, thread rolling machines, nut forming machines, punching machines, instrument lathes, auto-lathes, milling machines, spot welding machines, polishing machines, automatic head selectors and more. Besides, we are equipped with specialized testing equipment, such as digital magnifiers, micro hardness testing machines, precision cutting machines, precision polishing machines, projector profiles, computerized environment testing machines, salt-spray testing machines, torque testing machines, X-ray plating-thickness measuring machines, ICP-OES, UV-Vis, carbon and sulfur analyzing machines and others.
So far, we have been certified respectively by QMS ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System and AS9100B:2004 Aerospace Quality Management System.
"Meeting the drawing requirement 100%, making the delivery 100% as per our promise" is our principle. We have a lot of stocks of regular parts. Tailor-made service is available upon request. We have a transportation team to provide prompt delivery. Delivery in Mainland China and Hong Kong is available and OEM order is welcome (additional charges for areas outside Guangdong Province).
